Refunds and Returns Policy

 

Returns

 

Returns may be affected within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging, and complete with original labels. Proof of purchase is also required.

(Intimate wear is not exchangeable)

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be contacted and notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

In the event that you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds are to be processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at onlineshopping@dorkins.com

 

Sale items

 

Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlineshopping@dorkins.com and send your item to Dorkins Limited, 63, Tower Road, Level 1, TowerSixty3, Sliema, SLM 1609, Malta.

 

Gifts

 

If you are returning an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be refunded by way of a credit note for the value of your return. (see ‘Returns’ policy above).

 

Shipping
